Southern Response Updates

From the progress data on the website http://www.southernresponse.co.nz/progress/ you will see that at the end of August there were 618 customers who had received an offer from Southern Response but had not made a formal settlement election. Southern Response understands that there will be many reasons why that may be the case, but want to explore ways of helping customers to find a settlement option that works for them. Southern Response has recently realigned their claims structure – from a pod based approach to a repair/rebuild/settlement & options approach. For details on how to contact the right people click link for printable copy: Southern Response Contact Details

    (or to contact your team directly, see over)
  • 2 for ‘out of scope’ house claims
  • 3 for temporary accommodation claims
  • 4 for contents claims
  • 5 for loss of rent claims
